Why we built SamAI as agentic — not a chatbot
Every security platform now ships with an AI assistant. Most of them are the same thing: a chat window bolted onto a dashboard. Ask a question, get a paragraph. Useful — but it leaves the hard part, the acting, entirely to you.
Analysis without action is a half-finished job
In risk operations, the value of an insight decays by the minute. If AI can tell you that exposure at your Jakarta office is spiking, it should also be able to draft the alert, identify the affected travelers, and queue the escalation — inside the same platform, in the same motion.
Embedded, not bolted on
SamAI lives inside every module of one platform — Monitor, Assess, Decide, Act. That means it shares one context: it knows your entities, your thresholds, your SOPs. A bolt-on assistant can only summarise what it sees on screen. An embedded agent can move work forward.
Guardrails are a feature
Action-capable AI needs stricter governance, not looser. Every SamAI action runs inside controlled workflows, every output is traceable, and human analysts validate intelligence before it drives decisions. That's what lets our customers put SamAI in front of their CISOs — and keep it there.
