The Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG) reported a 4.8 magnitude earthquake approximately 31 kilometers northeast of Mbay Town in Nagekeo Regency of East Nusa Tenggara province at 1036 hours (local time) on Tuesday (22 September).
The earthquake occurred at a depth of 14 kilometers.
